Dreambuilders ★★★
It may remind some of us another animated film in the past, but this one is unique in its own right. Dreambuilders is mainly for young audiences who may have been wondering about the dream world.
The story is about two small families coming together to make a bigger one. With its first encounter comes challenges and reassessment of things whether they belong with each other.
Minna is our protagonist who we spend most of our time observing in the film. She goes through internal struggles when coping with the changes in her life. However, she discovers something both extraordinarily significant and terrifying at the same time.
A sweet story about love and acceptance, Dreambuilders is an excellent indie animated film that needs a little bit more refinement. Nonetheless, it is a kiddie film that will be enjoyed by youngsters and the whole family.
